SHIPPING:

-We do not charge your credit card until we verify product is physically in stock and ready to ship.
If product is not in stock, we will either notify you by e-mail or phone and you can choose to back order the product or cancel.

Usual Ground Shipping is displayed on the checkout shipping page with an estimated time of arrival. This time is AFTER the item has been shipped.

GUARANTEE:
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and satisfaction of our customers. If you receive defective merchandise, please notify us for a Return Authorization and PRP tag within 14 days that you recieve it. If you recieve your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can process your request. Returned merchandise may be replaced, exchanged or refunded (within the first 14 days that you recieve your order) within their original condition and packaging. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind, some of our products are hand made and hand painted. They will be usually indicated on their description. There may be slight imperfections and variations in color.

For health, hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on any kind of potty seats, potty chairs, etc. if the original packaging is not fully intact. The potty item could have come into contact with urine or feces or anything of that kind if the original packaging is not fully intact.

We stride to keep our product information as up to date as possible with the data that is provided from our manufacturers. Sometimes, data can take longer that expected to arrive to us or have an error if the item is in stock or not. We try to avoid these issues, but its hard for us when its coming from our vendors. If there is any error, we will notify you immediately upon your order.
